Playing poker online for real money
Once you have decided that you are going to play poker online for cold hard cash, there are a couple of things that you should make sure of.
Before deciding where to play, you should decide what to play. But before all that, you must decide what amount of money you are willing to lose.
And you MUST be willing to lose that money. If you sit down and blow your whole bankroll in one hand this CANNOT be a disaster for you.
I really can’t stress this enough. Obviously, you don’t intend to lose the money, but if the worst comes to the worst and it happens, you must still be able to pay your rent, or mortgage, and put food on the table.
Working things out this way has one huge advantage for you over any other casual player – it will totally de-stress you of the fear of losing.
Again, we are not saying that you should plan to lose, or even that you should expect to lose.
