Play Poker Online for fun
It is very important to know what you expect to get out of playing poker online. Online poker, just like real life poker, should always be fun. That is true even if you are a full time professional player.
Once it stops being fun, then you should consider quitting. Even if you are a professional, if the game isn’t fun anymore, then playing poker online is just another job. Not a bad job, to be sure, but if you don’t enjoy it it’s as good (or bad) as any other work you don’t enjoy.
So, if it stops being fun for you, either find out why and fix it, or stop playing.
There are a number of things you can do to put the fun back into your game. Consider dropping down a level or two in the stakes you play. Try out a differnt card game variation, like Omaha, or Stud.
If you are primarily a tourney player then try some low stakes cash games, and so on.
